I never imagine that I could be in the kitchen communicating with the pans, oils, and so on.
My mum does not allow me to cook when I was in Penang.
Haha..I never use my house rice cooker to cook rice,
use the pan to cook something for the family even a simple egg
Therefore, I am superduper happy as I can cook as I like
Create the dishes that are played in my mind
And make my housemates as my white rats.

I am so excited that the dishes I cooked recently are similar to the taste of my mum's

Thanks to my room mates for the supervision
She so worried that I put too many salts, oil.
So she always stands beside me
She is my very helpful assistant to help me watch over the fire, the salt and oil

Suggested by my room mate, we made the agar-agar. But, she is so funny, dunno how to cook it but want to make it.I never make before but my instinct told me it is quite easy.The problem is that whether the agar-agar turned out to be soft, hard, too sweet or tasteless.Hehe...I do not like plain agar-agar, so I decided to add in orange juice.Anyone want to try??Follow this recipe:Buy 5-6 oranges, squeeze it to get the juice.Then, boil 2200ml with pandan leaves.Then stir the agar-agar powder with some water 1st, pour the mixture into the boiled water.Add in orange juice to stir.That's it!!!So satisfied that my course mates felt so sweet eating it.

Yeah, finally I am free to cook again!!!
Addicted to cooking sometimes.
But I am actually scared of the bloody chicken things and its smell.
Anyway, I am so proud that today I cleaned of it
My room mate too broke her record to have contact with the chicken meat

Look, the bloody and scary chicken skeleton hardly bear the smell
